Our Story
Some things begin in joy. Some begin in grief. Rise Through Løve began in both.
Katie is the co-founder of Rise Through Løve — a women's lifestyle brand rooted in the belief that how we dress, gather, and show up for ourselves matters, especially when life is hard.
When Katie lost her son Mateo, she found herself wrapped in what she came to call the grief sweater — that invisible weight that sits on your body when you're moving through the unimaginable. In the depths of that loss, something quiet and persistent surfaced: a longing to still feel beautiful. Not despite the pain, but within it.
That longing became a question. And that question became Rise Through Løve.
Katie is a Manifesting Generator — someone who moves through the world by responding, by following what lights her up, and by trusting that the right things arrive at the right time. She doesn't build in straight lines. She builds from the heart. RTL is the living proof of that — a brand that exists not because it was planned into existence, but because it was felt into one.
Her vision is simple and radical at once: that women deserve to feel held, seen, and beautiful during the hardest chapters of their lives. Through elevated loungewear, intentional gatherings, and a community built on real human connection, she is creating the space she once needed herself.
