Purpose Driven Mission

Every purchase of the 365-Day Intention Journal contributes directly to NaloxHome, a youth-led charity dedicated to fighting the overdose crisis. NaloxHome empowers young people with life-saving, de-stigmatizing education on overdose prevention, naloxone use, and harm reduction, because no one should lose a loved one to a preventable tragedy.

Rise Through Love was born from our shared journey through grief and the profound desire to transform pain into purpose.

We are Dr. Katie Branter and Sylvie Gordaneer - aunt and niece, bound not only by family but by a calling to help others heal.

Katie's Story: As a doctor of naturopathic medicine, my path has always been one of healing. But when I faced the sudden loss of my son, I found myself in uncharted territory. Grief became a teacher, guiding me deeper into the heart of what it means to heal. Through my own process, I discovered the power of intention, ritual, and self-love as tools to navigate the darkness and rise again. Rise Through Love became my way of offering that light to others.

Sylvie's Story: My own journey with loss has shaped me in ways I never expected. Losing my father left me searching for meaning and connection. Creating art and storytelling became my sanctuary. When Katie and I came together to create Rise Through Love, it felt like weaving a tapestry of our experiences, honoring the pain, but choosing to build something beautiful from it. Our journals are more than pages; they are spaces to hold your heart, your healing, and your hope.

Together, we believe that healing is a journey best taken with love, compassion, and community. Rise Through Love is our offering to the world, a beacon for those seeking light after loss and a reminder that even in grief, love endures.
